Er beherbergt mit den Reuttener Seilbahnen das größte Schigebiet im Reuttener Becken. Er wird im Sommer als touristisches Wandergebiet und als landwirtschaftliches Weidegebiet für die Viehzucht genutzt. Vom Berg besteht Aussicht über das Reuttener Becken und auf einen Paragleiterstartplatz.
